4年制大学における保育士・幼稚園教諭養成の課題 : 宮崎県内公私立保育所及び幼稚園現場からのアンケートによる考察

Popis: In recent years, there has been an increasing need for nursery school as well as kindergarten teachers to receive training on how to the changes in the environments that surround children and families as well as to the diversification of work situations of guardians. From November 2011 to March 2012, at the Review Conference of Nursing Education Curriculums, upon receiving the sudden changes in modern society along with revisions of nursing guidelines and in order to educate nursery teachers that can correspond with it, the review of education curriculums was considered. It is being revised in order to strive for quality nursing and improvements at nursery schools, such as the improvement of the specialty that can cover nursing children as well as support for guardians, a nursing specialty that can integrally nurse and educate, and the improvement of nursing by the formation of nursing families and self evaluations. The revision is aimed at faltilling specialized agencies' social responsibilities to provide children with nursing are. This investigations the purpose was to find out what kind of nursery teachers are wanted by kindergartens and nursery schools that are corresponding to such needs. The second purpose is to clarify what kind of nursing education this 4-year-university can provide as original added values.
