Workshop on Support for Students with Developmental Disabilities in Their Studies and Employment

| Popis: | 札幌学院大学において，発達障害を含む多様な学生支援の充実を図るため，全教職員を対象にした「令和3年度発達障がいのある学生への教育支援FD/SD研修会」を開催した．昨年度も同様のFD/SD研修会を開催したが，任意での参加だったため参加者は少なかった．今年度は受講を必修化し，参加者にアンケートも実施した．コロナ禍でもあり，感染予防対策を十分に行って集合型で実施したほか，後日録画をオンデマンドでも視聴できるようにした．本稿では，必修型のFD/SD研修会に至るまでの取り組みの経緯を紹介し，今後の課題について検討するとともに，参加者へのアンケート結果の一部を報告する．取り上げるアンケート項目は，「障害学生修学支援ネットワーク拠点校としての活動に関する知識」と「本学の障がい学生支援に関する意見・要望」についての自由記述である． The university organised the ‘FY2021 FD/SD Workshop on Educational Support for Students with Developmental Disabilities’ for all faculty members and staff to improve support for students, specifically those with developmental disabilities. A similar Faculty Development (FD) and Student Development (SD) training was held the previous year; however, since it was voluntary, it attracted a smaller number of participants. Thus, for the latest workshop, attendance was made compulsory. Further, a questionnaire was also administered to participants. As the workshop was conducted in a group setting, sufficient measures were taken to prevent Corona infections. We also made a recording of the workshop available for viewing on demand. This paper traces the efforts leading up to the mandatory FD/SD workshop, summarises future issues, and reports on some of the results of the questionnaire survey administered to participants. The questionnaire items covered their knowledge of the universityʼs activities as a base school for the Learning Support Network for Students with Disabilities and sought their opinions and suggestions regarding support for students with disabilities at the university. 特集「コロナ禍における多様なニーズのある学生に対する修学就職支援」 調査報告 |
