In this study, we analyzed and overviewed the content of reflection on the Fukushi-Meister training. It also aims to examine the achievements and challenges in the promotion of education for regional cooperation. The study targets 1,475 graduates from all seven faculties who graduated from the university in the fiscal year 2021. In FY2021, there were 856 Fukushi-Meister trainees. The number of those who had not yet acquired the certification was 619. In the analysis, consideration was given to the promotion of education for regional cooperation. Specifically, two questions were set up concerning the image of human resources that Fukushi-Meisters should aim for. As a result, it was found that the training of Fukushi-Meister, as a result of the promotion of regional collaborative education, plays a part in nurturing human resources who can work on solving regional issues from the perspective of "Fukushi". |
