| Popis: | Five species of the genus Galaxaura are described. They are Galaxaura subfruticulosaCHOU, Galaxaura stupocaula KJELLMAN, Galaxaura glabriuscula KJELLMAN, Galaxaura ventricosa KJELLMAN and Galaxura rugosa (ELLIS et SOLANDER) LAMOUROUX. The former four species are reported here for the first time from Fiji and the latter one is suggested to occur in the Fijian waters. |
