| Popis: | 本稿は，小学生の学習習慣の形成を図ることにより学校エンゲージメントを高めることを目指した教育実践の報告である。①学習習慣の形成のための児童の取り組みとして，学習環境雰囲気づくり，学習状況の把握と意識化，中学生との交流により学習意欲の醸成。②教師の指導力の向上。③保護者への取り組みとして家庭学習に対する保護者の支援を促す取り組み。の３つの活動を実施した。結果，小学生の学校エンゲージメント，家庭学習力の一定の効果と課題が確認されたとともに，家庭学習力と学校エンゲージメントの関連が見出された。 This paper is a report on educational practice aimed at raising school engagement by trying to form elementary students' learning habits. In practice, we conducted the following three activities.① As a child's efforts to form a learning habit, creating a learning environment atmosphere, grasping and awareness of the learning situation, fostering motivation for learning by interaction with junior high school students.② Improve teacher leadership skills.③ Initiatives to encourage parents' support for home learning as an approach to parents. As a result, certain effects and problems of elementary school children's home school engagement, home learning ability were confirmed, and association between home learning ability and school engagement was found. |
