The purpose of this paper is to consider the dilemma between diffusion of higher education and job shortages in China. To solve this problem, the Communist Party and the Government hammered out a policy called "Yijian" that indicates university graduates should go to "Jiceng" (means the western country sides and rural poverty districts) to work or join voluntary services. Every state, of course, according to "Yijian", should dispatch students to "Jiceng"; However, doctrine was not satisfactory to students, because there were many pressing problems in economic, mental and private-life planning. |
