Popis: A program of a multi-frequency observation for Jupiter's synchrotron radiation (JSR) is under planning in order to investigate dynamics of Jupiter's inner radiation belt, such as variations of particle flux, pitch angle distribution and radial diffusion of the relativistic electrons. In this program three observation frequencies measured with different facilities are adopted; i.e., 325 MHz at Tohoku University, Japan, 929 MHz at the European Incoherent Scatter Facility (EISCAT), Scandinavia and 2,250 MHz at Communications Research Laboratory (CRL), Japan. As for the 325 MHz observation, the Tohoku University system has just started a regular JSR observation since 2003. Two week sequential observations for JSR were successfully made at 2,250 MHz in both 1996 and 1997. At 929 MHz, a 10 day sequential observation for JSR was made in the autumn of 2002, and the method of JSR observation which was suitable for the EISCAT system was confirmed. Now the observation and data reduction methods have been already established for all frequencies. A coordinated JSR observation is going to be arranged as a sequential and simultaneous observation at the three frequencies in October, 2003 with the period of more than two weeks.
