Popis:	This study is the summary of the UK practice and procedure of competition assessment that is provided to write the guidebook of competition assessment for government officers' in developing countries. The UK practice is used because it is one of the best practices. Focusing on the incentive scheme, we sum up the procedure and illustrate the good practical examples. We also check how the EBPM works to improve the regulation within competition assessment.
