防災科研では，令和元年東日本台風（台風第19号）による災害対応において，ISUT（Information Support Team）の一員として，各県に職員を派遣し，各種支援活動を実施した．本活動では，ISUTが6県に派遣されることとなり，広域的な情報支援活動となった．活動中は，ISUT-SITE等による情報提供を行い，災害対応機関に活用された．本稿では，本対応における特徴と今後の課題について報告する．In this paper, we repot the information support activities conducted by The National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Prevention (NIED) in the 2019 East Japan Typhoon (TY1919). ISUTs were dispatched to six prefectures, making it a wide-area information support activity. During the activities, ISUT-SITE and other information was provided and utilized by the disaster response organizations. This paper reports on the characteristics and future issues in this response. |
