| Popis: | 第59回宇宙科学技術連合講演会（2015年10月7日-18日. かごしま県民交流センター), 鹿児島市, 鹿児島 SOI-FPGA In-orbit demonstration Equipment (SOFIE) on board ALOS-2 was launched on May 24, 2014. The purpose of the mission is to demonstrate an SOI-FPGA and JAXA qualified EEE parts so that we promote the use of them. The SOI-FPGA under development by CNES/Atmel and JAXA/HIREC is reconfigurable SRAM type and has 450k gates using SOI (Silicon on Insulator) technology. We have conducted on-orbit operation of SOFIE for one year since the launch and their functional stability has been confirmed.
