Evaluation and Problems of Nursing Curriculum through the Trend of Student Evaluations in Three Years

Popis: 本調査は,現行カリキュラムで教育を受けた3年間の卒業年次学生の看護学専攻のカリキュラム評価の推移と本学における物的・人的学習環境の評価を明らかにすることを目的とした.2015,2016,2017年度に卒業した4年生計226人を対象に自記式質問紙調査を実施し,回答が得られた197人(87.2%)を分析対象とした.調査内容は,学習目標の達成状況やカリキュラム,学習支援状況に関する学生の評価である. カリキュラム全体の充実度および学習目標の達成度は,「充実していた」,「できた」と回答した割合が,3ヵ年ともに8割を超え,学習支援については,7割以上が「充実していた」と回答した.自由記述からは,科目の開講時期調整の要望や,学習設備面の改善を期待する回答が多かった. 本調査からは,現行カリキュラムの教育内容,教育体制については,概ね高い評価が示された.今後は調査結果に基づき,次期カリキュラム改正に向けて,より充実した看護基礎教育学習支援体制が必要であることが示唆された.
The purpose of this survey was to clarify the transition of the curriculum evaluation of the nursing major of the students who had graduated this university and were educated in the current curriculum, and to evaluate the study environment in terms of physical and human resource environment at our university. 226 of 4th year students who graduated in 2015, 2016, and 2017 were asked to fill a self-administered questionnaire. Out of them, 196 people (87.2%) who responded the questionnaire were analysis target. The method is an evaluation based on the achievement state of the learning objective and the degree of fulfillment of the curriculum, and the analysis and evaluation of student description contents on the learning support situation. The percentage of respondents who answered that the curriculum as a whole and the achievement of the learning objectives as "fulfilling" and "completed" exceeded 80% in all three years, and 70% or more answered “fulfilling”. From the free description, there were many requests for adjustment of the starting time of subjects and expected improvement of learning facilities. From this survey, it was shown that a generally high evaluation was obtained about the educational contents and the educational system of the current curriculum. Based on the results of this survey, improvement of the nursing basic education and qualitative improvement will be required for future curriculum revision.
