| Popis: | During examination of specimens in Osaka Museum of Natural History, a specimen of Zizula hylax collected in 1988 from Miyako-jima Island was found. Among scarce records of Z. hylax from Miyako-jima Island, the Osaka Museum specimen represents the earliest specimen-based record of the species from the island. Photographs of the specimen and data label are also presented. |
