Popis: At present eutrophication is the big problem for lake area. To improve this problem, saturated dissolved oxygen water was supplied to the sediment and this has increased the microorganism activity thus improvement of the sediments' environment is estimated. In this study, by supplying saturated dissolved oxygen water to the sediment the following results were obtained: 1) the numbers of microorganisms (bacteria, protozoa Tubifex hattai) in the sediment increase, and the microorganism activity are increased. 2)Tubifex hattai appeared inside the sediment surface at day 7 resulting the oxygen penetration into the sediments to be about 16mm. 3)Volatile suspended solids increase, but the number of microorganisms with ability resolving organic matter in the sediment increases thus decrease of organic matter in the sediment is been estimated. 4) Nutrients released from the sediment was controlled
