The chemotherapy was carried out with N E O-ISCOTIN (isonicotinic acid hydrazide methane sulphonic acid natrium) in 10 cases of urinary tuberculosis, especially vesical tuberculosis. Administrations of NEO-ISCOTIN were as effective as streptomycin or isonicotinic acid hydrazide. Dosage that we used ordinary (10-20 mg. per kilo of body weight daily) showed no side reactions. |
