| Popis: | In the spring of 2019, a revamped peer support program for incoming students to the English Department was initiated. The Peer Support Team (PST) was set up to have Year 2 students assist the incoming students in their transition from high school to university. This report aims to explain the evolution of this program and the effect it had on both student cohorts. The report goes on to suggest further improvements based on results and comments from the mixed method research conducted on the participants, as well as from programs run at other institutions. |
