A preparation of Pregnant Mare Serum (Serotro p in) was administered in 11 cases of urological patients. Of 3 ca s es of cryptorchism which was treated with 80, 000-30, 00u0n it of Serotropin during 3-9 months, five abdominal testicles were descended to inguinal canal and one inguinal testicle remained about same position. Four cases of male infertility with oligozoospermia was relatively cured but a case of azoospermia was unchanged by seminal examination. Two cases of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism were effective and secondary sexual character was developed but other cases were unchanged following treatment. |
