| Popis: | In a rare case of germinal tumor, the patient usually presents complaining of an abdominal mass as an initial symptom without an apparent tumor in his testis. Clinical strategy for such patients is based on that for testicular cancer. However, it often fails to produce a satisfactory response. The poor response may contribute to several "poor prognostic feature" found in most of these patients. |
