Effects of exercise order of combined aerobic and resistance training on lower limb muscle strength and muscle mass in elderly men

Popis: | 本研究は,有酸素性運動とレジスタンス運動の複合トレーニングにおける運動の順序性が,高齢男性の下肢の筋力・筋量に及ぼす影響,および形態や生活体力に及ぼす影響について検討することを目的とした.その結果,運動の順序性による差異は認められなかった.高齢男性における有酸素性運動とレジスタンス運動の複合トレーニングは,運動の順序性に関係なく下肢筋力・筋量や形態,生活体力を改善・向上させることが示唆された. This study aimed to examine the effects of exercise order of combined aerobic and resistance training in the same session on body composition, physical fitness, lower limb muscle strength, and muscle mass in older men. In conclusion, no effects of the exercise order were observed in body composition, physical fitness, lower limb muscle strength, and muscle mass. We suggest that combined aerobic and resistance training increases muscle strength and muscle mass, improves physical fitness, and body composition in older men regardless of the exercise order. 原著(Original paper) |
