In recent years, employers often take return-to-work program training( as a step in rehabilitation) for worker with mental health disorders during a leave of absence. And worker can receive payment of The Injury and Disease Allowance in that period too. But if worker receives remuneration for the period of absence due to medical treatment, The Allowance shall not be paid. Adjustment between the remuneration and allowance is needed in a procedure. This article aims to supplement reconsider Allowance from a standpoint of Social Insurance System as Social Security Law. |
