[Analysis Background]: Providing a safe class all the times, is prioritized on coaching and practicingfor students who wish to study training exercise of sports science course in University of Education.[Learning Plan]: At first, Bench press, Dead lift, and Squat, were mainly planned. High clean, Snatch,Clean & Jerk were followed. Then, practical exam of Push up, group training presentation and preparingliterature, were programmed at the class.[Purpose]: In cognition of before and after taking the class and comparison of understanding and acquirement for examining the contents and coaching method of training exercise.[Measurement]: Junior students who studied training exercise in a year of 2013, n=28(Female=12,Male=16) were subject to research that was conducted approximate three months later after completing a certain number of tutorial.[Result and Examination]: In cognition of self weight training, comparison of understanding before and after taking the class, the majority answer was Push up. That is considered as the basic of self weight training. Self weight training is able to make safety consideration. In addition, because of training presentation, the quality of training was considered to be improved. In comparison of before and afterSnatch, Clean & Jerk, the majority answers were [Can’t do it] and [Can’t do it well] at the primary phase. At the last phase, it showed that some of students tended to be able to do the training. Even there were experience differences, it seemed got improved because of acquiring Dead lift and High clean at step by step.[Conclusion]: Having each training well connected, is one of the methods to coach and lead overcoming the exercise. |
