A 21 years old female whose chief complain t s were left upper abdominal tumor, tenderness in the left upper quadrant and lumbago, was operated. The retroperitoneal tumor and left kidney involved by secondary hydronephrosis were removed. Macroscopic observation of the tumor resembled to seminoma, which lead the authors to conduct further study. Microscopic study on the tumor conclusively diagnosed as seminoma ovarii (ovarian seminoma), so called dysgerminoma. Detailed case report was presented and an o u tline of the tumor was discussed. |
