| Popis: | 呼吸困難で入院した72歳男で, 心臓及び腹部超音波検査は腫瘍血栓が右室内に伸展している左腎腫瘍を明らかにした。心肺バイパス下, 左腎摘出, 並びに下大静脈内及び右心房・心室内腫瘍血栓摘出を行った。術後16ヵ月の現在, 再発の徴候なく生存中である A case of left renal cell carcinoma extending into the right ventricle was reported. The 72-year-old male entered Kansai Rosai Hospital because of dyspnea. Cardiac and abdominal ultrasonography revealed a left renal tumor with a tumor thrombus extending into the right ventricle. Left nephrectomy and removal of the intracaval and intracardiac tumor thrombus were performed with cardiopulmonary bypass. We also analyzed and discussed the 17 cases, including our case, reported in Japan. |
