Popis: Social media is widely used as a communication tool. However, it is also a breeding ground for interpersonal problems such as harassment, intimidation, fraud, bullying, and stalking. In psychoanalysis, the concept of the structure and function of the human mind has been systematized, and it is thought that the interpersonal problems occurring on social media can be easily understood by focusing on the concept of ego boundary. In other words, it can be inferred that troubles tend to occur when the ego boundary becomes fragile and internal reality encroaches on external reality—the latter tends to occur when information about external reality becomes scarce. Social media limits information to text, video, and audio, causing information scarcity and impacting structural factors of ego boundary.
