| Popis: | 大学における教員養成指導において、身体知としての実践的指導力をどのように育てるかは、大きな課題である。また、次期学習指導要領で強調されているアクティブ・ラーニングの意味を学生に体得させる実践を試みることは重要なテーマでもある。この学ぶ側の身体知は教師の資質養成からすれば実践的指導力養成に通底する重要な糸口である。授業では、生徒―生徒間、生徒―教師間の相互の関係や立場をグループ活動を通じて、学生が具体的場面で経験することにより、教育的タクト（臨機応変な対応）の重要性や実践的指導力、身体知の理解や育成をめざした。特別活動という性格上、本論文は、集団活動を焦点化し、学生自身が体験したグループ活動に対する学生のアンケートや感想文に基づき、自主的創造的な集団活動の形成、集団意識や支持的風土の形成、集団指導の方策や教師としての意識形成に関して考察した。その結果、このようなアクティブ・ラーニングは、教職の基礎的な実践力の養成の指導法として非常に有効であるという結論に至った。 The main idea of activities in "Special Activities" was aimed to see how the students' group activities change the atmosphere of the whole group body and their mind with the proceed of the course, and what sort of activities helped the students acquire their teaching skills in the course. Special Activities stress on practical activities and "learning by doing". Teachers, in fact, need to guide students to physical skill acquisition through AL. Physical knowledge as tacit knowledge and other knowledge interact with each other while AL is carried out. Various kinds of group activities actually lead students to practical teaching skills, Takt (flexible treatment depending on the circumstances) as well as the technical knowledge. At the same time, it is important that a harmonious whole should be formed through AL. 実践論文(Practice-Based Article) |
