| Popis: | In this paper, we investigated and evaluated the carbonate stimulus amplification and taste change of beverages using AC and DC electric stimulation with various parameter patterns. The experimental results showed that the DC stimulation showed some trend when the parameters were changed, but the AC stimulation did not show a clear trend. In the future, we are planning to examine the method of presentation and to confirm that the hydrogen ion increases when the electric stimulus is given. |
