The objective of this research is to investigate whether an experience of internship in Japan would motivate international students to obtain a full-time job in Japan.The results of the questionnaires for the international students who participated in internships show that the motivation increased for a half of the students,yet the motivation was not high enough for them to decide to work in Japan.Moreover,motivations of the students,who had already had clear career plans in the future,did not change before and after the internship |
