Popis: DECi-hertz Interferometer Gravitational wave Observatory (DECIGO) is the future Japanese space gravitational wave antenna. DESIGO is comprised of three drag free satellites. However, when DECIGOperform drag free control, it is a noise for the gravitational wave detection as a result that a thrust noise to occurfrom a thruster shake a satellite body. Therefore, as for the thruster put on DECIGO, a very low thrust noise isrequired. I developed a system to measure a thrust noise of micro thruster in this study and acquired prototypic sensitivity which almost meet the requirement.Key Words : DECIGO, µN Thruster, Thrust stand, torsion pendulum
