Support for Students with Developmental Disabilities in Their Studies and Employment, and a University-Wide Compulsory Faculty and Staff Development (FD/SD) Workshop

| Popis: | 札幌学院大学では，発達障害を含む多様な学生の修学就職支援の充実を図るため，全教職員を対象にしたFD/SD研修会を4年連続で開催した．昨年度からは学長からの呼びかけで，他大学では例を見ない全学の全教職員必修型研修会と位置付けて実施した．職員の参加率は2か年とも非常に高い水準であったが，教員については低く，補助金上の目標でもあった全教職員参加率75％を達成できなかった．発達障害に関する全学的な啓蒙啓発の難しさを再認識する厳しい結果となった．本学は「障害学生修学支援ネットワーク拠点校」としての使命もあり，取り組みの過程を可視化して敢えて記録に残し，今後の礎としたい．For the fourth consecutive year, Sapporo Gakuin University held an FD/SD workshop for all faculty members and staff to improve educational and employment support for a variety of students, including those with developmental disabilities. Since last year, at the initiative of the university’s president, it has been positioned as a university-wide compulsory workshop for all faculty members and staff, which is something that is not seen in other universities. The participation rate of the staff was high for both years but that of faculty members was low, and thus, the target of 75% participation could not be met. This bleak outcome highlighted the difficulty of raising awareness about developmental disabilities throughout the university.
