Popis:	This Study focuses on Development Permission System for using a Vacant House as rental. We clarify the following in case study of Development Permission System.1) Deregulation of Development Permission System to Rental Vacant House had been designed before also enaction of revised Development Permission System Practical Use Guideline. 2) While enacting Standard for ubmitting to Development Investigation Committee of Rental Vacant House, there is Development Permission System topermit new housing stock. 3) There are few permits of Development Permission Ordinance for Rental Vacant House. 4) There are many vacant houses that need renovation in the area where is permitted Rental Vacant House by Development Permission Ordinance.
