Popis: This study is concerned with how the Flow State is experienced by skiers and snowboarders during the university ski and snowboard intensive courses. Flow State Scales (FSS) translated into Japanese by Kawabata et.al. which is created by Jackson et.al. (1996) were used to measure flow states. And we asked students (N=160) to report the best feelings they experienced while skiing or snowboarding. The results were summarized as follows: 1) FSS score measured in second day showed lower than the fourth day. 2) FSS score of the participants are significantly related to their experience. And FSS score of the expert group is difficult to improve. 3) FSS score of the snowboarding class showed higher than the skier's class. 4) Students reported their best feeling as he concentrated and he made the correct movements or he got better techniques in the snowscape. Further he felt the speed and he could ski just as he wanted to do. This is the situation that skiers and snowboarders are conscious of flow.
