| Popis: |
A case of prune belly syndrome is reported. A newborn male baby was found to have deficient abdominal musculature, megalobladder with hydronephroureter and bilateral cryptorchism. Bilateral nephrostomy was performed. The patient is planned to receive constructive surgery of the urinary tract in future. Thirty cases could be collected from the Japanese literature including this, and a brief discussion was made. |
