| Popis: | We report the details of inspection about the school feeding in Lu Bei Mngolian Shi Yan Elemetary School. There were a small kitchen and a dinning room as school feeding facilities in the dormitory. There was offered a day three mails to 20 boarding students. The menu on the inspection day was a brief dish, rice and one article of main greens and vice-greens which were served in each bowl and the students took foods into their rice bowl as much as they like and ate them.We explained to the principal and other people that "Syokuiku" is added to Japanese education and that it was the time to guide raising the self-control ability through a school feeding. We were surprised at a difference from a Japanese school feeding and strongly realized the weight of the history for a long time. 13 KJ00006320300 論文 |
