Popis: Vibration diagnostics is a typical method of machine maintenance widely used inthe industrial field. The vibration diagnosis is a method of equipment maintenance based onequipment diagnosis technology. In recent years, this has been made better by improvements inanalysis accuracy and automation of the work. However, there is currently a generational changein the number of technicians. The issue of human resource development has been raised becausemost vibration diagnoses have been performed manually, The purpose of this study is to understandwaveform analysis techniques used in vibration diagnostics from the viewpoint of human resourcedevelopment in vibration diagnostics. Spreadsheet software is used for waveform analysis. Theresults confirmed the consistency of the sampling theorem, the integral process, and the FFTanalysis. The validity of the analysis method in the vibration diagnostics method was proved.
