Popis:	We examine the relationship between disclosure and corporate value in terms of analyzing the relation between corporate activities and stakeholders' monitoring. Disclosure is classified into accounting information and descriptive information. We conclude that two kinds of information should be realized through the relative relationship between principal and agent in organization.
