Popis: | The brief review is presented for the activity of the first IAO candidate plan [Roles of the short range order on the self- and impurity diffusion of liquid group 14(4B) elements with a different degree of complexity]. Various theoretical tools, liquid theories, molecular dynamics coupled with the X-ray and neutron scattering analysis indicate that the effect of covalent bond may remain to be present in liquid Ge though its structure is loosely packed.
