Popis:	Lobatolampea tetragona Horita, 2000 (Ctenophora) was found recently in various localities in Japan after previous record made in 2008, extending both northwards (Odaiba, Tokyo Bay) and southwards (Ishigaki Island, Okinawa Prefecture). All these observation records of this species, particularly of the largest individual in each locality, up to ca 50 mm in width, is summarized. Geographic distribution is mapped for this endemic species
