Popis:	In recent years, many space projects require high-speed computer in order to construct small and high performance electronics for spacecrafts. The research and development about 200MIPS class high-speed 64 bit microprocessor were started in fiscal year 2001. This year, Engineering Sample was manufactured and the electrical performance was evaluated.
