The Faculty of Health and Well-being, Kansai University, was established in April 2010 in Sakai-city, and has focused on the experiential approach in education. Having a full-scale Project Adventure facility in the Sakai Campus, we have provided students with small group based experiential learning using the PA facility as a basic training for this experiential approach. Further, we have developed various collaboration projects with communities outside our campus as advanced step of this approach. Two successful cases in our neighborhood Sakai city as well as in Tanabe city in Wakayama prefecture are reported in this paper.
