In this study, we attempted to create an ukemi drill game that would enable first-time middle school judo students to acquire ukemi In this study, we attempted to create an ukemi drill game that would enable first-time middle school judo students to acquire ukemi skills safely and effectively. In addition, we conducted a practical study using an ukemi drill game with elementary school judo practitioners as participants with two goals: considering possible applications for elementary school students and collecting data to facilitate a smooth transition from elementary to middle school-level martial arts education. |
