子どもに身に付けさせたい力については教育諸機関からさまざまな提言がある。しかし,教師は生徒がどのようなスキルを身につけたいのかについても知っておく必要があるように思われる。変化の激しい現代社会においては,教師は自ら進むべき道を開くと同時に,その取り組みを検証する必要がある。本研究では生徒にどのような力を身につけたいか,また授業を通してどのような力が身についたと思うかを尋ね,取り組みに対する検証を試みた。一人ひとりの教師が,諸提言に沿いつつ子どもたちと相互に理解しながら,自分に合った最善の教師像を見出しやすくなることへの一助となることに期待している。 / There are many proposals from various educational institutions regarding the skills of which they want children to acquire. However, it seems that teachers need to know also what skills the students want to acquire. In a today's changeable society, teachers are faced with the need to open up the direction to which they should proceed by themselves, and at the same time, it is necessary to verify their efforts. In this study, we asked children what kind of skills they had wanted to acquire, and what kind of skills they were able to acquire after the classes. We hope this study help teachers to find better ways to teach students compromising skills expected by various proposals and skills student want to actually acquire. |
