Comparative study was carried out in 185 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in order to estimate the clinical effectiveness of TSAA-291 and Robaveron. 1) 68 patients on TSAA-291 and 58 patients on Rovaberon were included in comparative analyses. 2) Clinical effectiveness was evaluated by means of scoring improvement of subjective symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia and physical findings such as rectal examination, residual urine, uroflowmetry, urethrocystography and histological findings. 3) Clinical effectiveness in TSAA-291-treated patients was significantly greater than that in Robaveron-treated patients (p |
