| Popis: | 後藤道夫氏は「2001 年の大リストラ」を次の2つの要因に求めている。1つは2001 年に誕生した小泉政権による不良債権処理であり，いま1つは資本の蓄積条件を根本的に改善するために長期雇用慣行を解体するという経団連の2001 年の方針である。しかし，子細に検討した結果，いずれも「2001 年の大リストラ」の発生要因ではないことが明らかとなった。後藤氏の主張は事実にもとづかない「推論」にほかならない。 Mr. Michio Goto is seeking “Large Restructuring in 2001” for the following two factors. One is the disposal of bad debts by the Koizumi administration, which was born in 2001, and the other is Keidanrenʼs 2001 policy of dismantling long-term employment practices in order to fundamentally improve the conditions for accumulating capital. However, as a result of careful examination, it became clear that none of them was the cause of the “Large Restructuring in 2001”.
