Popis: | P(論文) The effects of sunlight or ultraviolet irradiation (254nm) on vitamin D_2 contents in shiitake mushroom (Lentinus edodes). The results were as follows: (1) When the samples were exposed to sunlight for 30 minutes or 60 minutes, the contents of vitamin D_2 in raw shiitake mushroom increased about 13 times or 30 times higher than the original content. (2) The contents of vitamin D_2 in dried shiitake mushroom (brand name: Donko, Koshin) after exposure to sunlight increased by about 2~4 times higher than the original content (after 30 minutes). (3) 1. The contents of vitamin D_2 in dried shiitake (Donko, Koshin and Donko powder) increased about 2~3 times higher than those before irradiation according to the increase of amounts of ultraviolet irradiation. 2. The contents of vitamin D_2 in Donko slice increased about 8 times higher than the original content. |
