| Popis: | The report deals with a 68 years old male who visited our clinic with a chief complaint of left flank abdominal pain. Under a diagnosis of stag-horn stone of the left kidney, a laparotomy was performed which showed an association of squamous cell carcinoma of the left renal pelvis. |
