Department of Local Life Support Science at Nishikyushu University Junior College owns the restaurant "Petit La Santé" managed by the students, as a part of practical activities. In this activity, students are involved in the entire process of menu planning, ordering ingredients, cooking, serving customers, and publicity. A questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the implementation of “Petit La Santé” in order to understand the impact of this activity on students' awareness of attitudes as a nutritionist. As a result, it was found that the second-year students' awareness of nutritionists and their work increased after the "Petit La Santé" project, and more students chose restaurants as their desired job field and computer skills as the ability they wanted to acquire. |
