Discussion points for educational programs that foster lifelong careers : With a focus on students with autism spectrum disorder

Popis: | 本研究は,自閉スペクトラム症のある児童生徒に対するキャリア教育の論点を整理すると共に,ライフキャリア発達を支援する教育プログラム作成への示唆を得ることを目的としている。研究論議では「キャリアという言葉のイメージ」,「現在と将来をつなぐ教育」,「人生の役割への疑問」,「環境的に補うという発想」,「将来の可能性を行動レベルでとらえる」,「能力・態度内容をかみ砕く」,「他者と関わる過程で判定される自己」,「自己認識を把握する」などが,キャリア教育の論点として挙げられた。また,これらの分析を通して,ライフキャリア発達を支援する教育プログラムに関する複数の示唆を得ることができた。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the issues of career education in students with autism spectrum disorder with the aim of providing suggestions for the creation of educational programs that support lifelong career development. The research identified the following points regarding career education: “the meaning of the word career”, “education that connects the present and the future”, “questioning the role of life”, “the concept of a supportive environment”, “capturing future possibilities at a behavioral level”, “simplification of the studentʼs capabilities and attitudes”, “self-recognition of the process of interacting with other people” and “grasping self-awareness”. Based on the results of these analyses, we were able to make several suggestions on educational programs that support lifelong career development. |
