Changes in Students' 'Aiming Teacher Image' and 'Views of Teaching Professions' in 'Introduction to Teaching Professions' : Effective Online Teaching by Utilizing Google Classroom

Popis: | 本研究は、「教職概論」における受講生の『目指す教師像』及び『教職観』の深化を図ろうとするものである。教員としての職務の全体像を学ぶ「教職概論」は、コロナ禍により、Google Classroom を用いたオンライン授業となった。オンライン授業では、受講者90名に対し、毎時間グーグルクラスルームのコメント欄を活用し、担当者から100~400字の講評を行い、学びの双方向性を担保した。この結果、事前・事後のアンケート調査結果及び「学期末考査代替レポート」から、養成段階1 年次における『目指す教師像』及び『教職観』の深化として、「指導者」への意識転換、主体的な当事者意識の醸成を確認することができた。また、本学部教職課程履修者の意欲的な志望動機も具体的に把握することができた。さらに、課題としては文章表現力向上の必要性も確認した。今後、この実践研究の結果を踏まえながら、系統的にきめ細やかな教職課程の指導に取り組む所存である。 This research aims to deepen the "Aiming Teacher image" and "View of teaching professions" of the student in "Introduction to teaching profession". The introduction to teaching professions, which provides a complete picture of teaching duties, has become an online class using Google Classroom due to the coronal ravages. In the online class, 90 participants were evaluated from the person in charge of 100 to 400 characters using the comment column of Google Classroom every hour to ensure the interactivity of learning. As a result, from the survey results in advance and after the fact and the "Alternative Report on On-Site Examinations at the end of the semester", it was confirmed that the "Aiming Teacher image" and "Views of Teaching Professions" in the first year of the training stage were deepened, and the change of awareness toward "leaders" and the fostering of an independent sense of parties. In addition, I was able to grasp the motivation for applying for the faculty's teacher training course. In addition, it was possible to confirm the necessity of improving the writing expression ability as a problem. In the future, based on the results of this practical research, we will work on systematic and detailed teacher training courses. |
