Popis:	This article first discusses the foundation for the menthodology of the studies of social welfare : 1)Necessity of experience of activities and campaigns for the improvement of and solution to the social welfare issues; 2)Uses of a great amount of bibliography and materials ; 3)Critical consideration of the social welfare in the society of government-monopolistic capitalism ; 4)Critical activities for current issues of the present-day social welfare. Next, it discusses the methodology in the light of this researcher's published study, Research Inquiries into the Present-Day social Welfare.
