| Popis: | P(論文) The amount of bacteria scattring on the apron of a patient when the airturbine was used in tooth preparation was checked. The following results were obtaind. 1. The streptococci that could be measured in the MS medium was less than the 0.5 ×10^4 limit. 2. The number of aerobic and anaerobiotic bacteria in the GAM agar medium exceeded the 0.5×10^4 limit in 8 of 17 aprons. The total number of bacteria was 0.5～4.5×10^4 and the average number of bacteria was 1.2×10^4. 3. In the present experiment no correlation was found between time and number of bacteria in tooth preparation. |
