Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)(ISAS)), Sagamihara, Kanagawa Japan In order to achieve stable offshore rocket launches, we have launched small rockets from a small float anchored at sea and measured the dynamic behavior of the launch angle against wave motion. In this study, we propose a control model that performs angle control to cancel out the measured sway, and have created a control device that can control the launch angle of the launcher installed on the small float.
